1.Pomegranate

Mix these in equal quantities and store the mixture. Mix half a teaspoon of this mixture in warm water and drink it at least two times a day. Doing this for a few weeks will definitely boost your fertility. You can also eat pomegranate seeds or drink the juice.

2.Cinnamon

Studies have proved that cinnamon can improve the functioning of ovaries and can thus enhance fertility. It helps in overcoming PCOD, one of the common reasons for infertility. It is also useful in rectifying different female disorders related to the endometrium and uterus like fibroids and cysts that can also lead to problems in conceiving. Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder with a glass of water and drink it daily. Continue doing this for some months. Using cinnamon to spice up your meals is also a good idea.

3.Dates

Dates are rich in iron and various other nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin B and Vitamin E which play an important role in enhancing the conception power of a woman. In case you have a history of miscarriages, including dates in your diet will definitely see you through the full term of your pregnancy. Deseed 10 to 12 dates. Chop some coriander roots and mix them with the dates. Grind this into a paste. Mix this paste with 3/4th cup of milk and bring it to a boil. Let it cool. Drink this concoction for a week after your periods. It is also a good idea to eat at least 6 to 8 dates every day. You can also include dates in your salads and smoothies.

4.Ginseng

Popularly known as Ashwagandha, this herb is extremely beneficial for women who are finding it hard to conceive. This herb plays a vital role in regulating the hormonal levels in the body and also keeps all the reproductive organs in the best of health. To a glass of warm water, mix one tablespoon of ginseng powder. Drink this at least two times a day.

5.Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a spice that you might be using to prepare a number of delicious dishes. However, this spice also helps in evading all the problems associated with the uterus of the woman and thereby solves any infertility issues. Mix 3 grams of nutmeg powder with 3 grams of sugar. Add this to a cup of warm milk and drink. Consume this concoction from the day your period begins and continue till the eighth day.

6.Rock Salt

Some women who have a weak uterus and don’t menstruate on time can find it hard to conceive. Using rock salt can help in overcoming the infertility caused due to these problems. Mix one tablespoon of rock salt to 750 liters of water. Let this stand overnight. Wake up at 4 am, drink the concoction and then go back to sleep. This will improve the health of your uterus and also regularize your periods.
