Studies have proved that cinnamon can improve the functioning of ovaries and can thus enhance fertility. It helps in overcoming PCOD, one of the common reasons for infertility. This herb plays a vital role in regulating the hormonal levels in the body and also keeps all the reproductive organs in the best of health. To a glass of warm water, mix one tablespoon of ginseng powder. Drink this at least two times a day.


Nutmeg is a spice that you might be using to prepare a number of delicious dishes. However, this spice also helps in evading all the problems associated with the uterus of the woman and thereby solves any infertility issues. Mix 3 grams of nutmeg powder with 3 grams of sugar. Add this to a cup of warm milk and drink. Consume this concoction from the day your period begins and continue till the eighth day.

6.Rock Salt

Some women who have a weak uterus and don’t menstruate on time can find it hard to conceive. Using rock salt can help in overcoming the infertility caused due to these problems. Mix one tablespoon of rock salt to 750 liters of water. Let this stand overnight. Wake up at 4 am, drink the concoction and then go back to sleep. This will improve the health of your uterus and also regularize your periods.
